I love that I have the opportunity this week to get the WOD done in the morning! Which led for me to have a productive day!!
Got my real foods in for the day: sliced avocado and a fried egg for breakfast, chicken salad with cucumbers for lunch, and roast beef with baked cauliflower for dinner.
It was hard for me to not have a piece of chocolate for an evening dessert, but I came back and got some motivation to just say not today!

My heart got a good workout! At the end of yesterday’s routine, my muscles were TIRED. Today, if was my heart. I was sore going in, and I wanted to be lazy today. However, I did the routine.
